Brief introduction of the DMD insulation paper
DMD flexible laminates is a three-layer flexible composite material. It is made by bonding both sides of non-woven polyester fabric with polyester films with F-grade or B-grade adhesive.
About the Yaan Polyester Film: It is made from Polyethylene terephthalate by casting & Biaxially oriented. It is widely used for the end wrap insulation, liner insulation of electrical oils, electromagnetic wire wrap insulation, cable wrapping on motor, transformer or other electrical appliances.

NHN flexible laminates is a three-layer flexible composite material, produced by using H-class adhesive to adhere the polymide film with hot rolling DuPont NOMEX@ paper on both sides.
About the Nomex paper:
Ideally suited for a variety of temperature ranges and applications, laminate insulation products based on Nomex® paper help enhance the performance and reliability of rotating machines.
Compared with the NMN insulation paper, the difference is the film, NHN use the polyimide film, about this polymide film,it exhibits an exceptional combination of thermal stability (>500°C), mechanical toughness, and chemical resistance. They have excellent dielectric properties and inherently low coefficient of thermal expansion.
NHN Laminates insulation paper has a heat resistance grade of H grade, has good dielectric properties and mechanical properties, and is excellent in mechanical properties at high temperatures and after damp.

Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper

—Diamond dotted Insulation Paper is made of electrical grade Insulating paper coated with B-stage heat curable epoxy resin on either or both sides. The base paper is made from unbleached 100% Sulfate kraft pulp.
—The epoxy resin is applied on base paper in diamond pattern, which is consisted of 9.5mm x 9.5mm diamonds with 15.9mm center spacing.
—Diamond dotted paper has good dielectric properties and mechanical properties after being heat solidified.

Crepe paper tube are made of electric paper wrinkled with insulating paper, and are mainly used for the insulation wrapping materials of oil-immersed transformer inner wires.
This crepe paper is used as an insulation in manufacture of oil cooled transformers, current transformers of types IMB, CT, CVT, etc. as leads and shields.
This crepe paper has 300% more strength in mechanical and cross mechanical directions and hence is more resistant to breakage.
It can also take various shapes of the surface being insulated. Crepe paper also has greater surface area which helps to retain more oil and hence lowers the working temperature of the transformer.

Electrical Insulation Pressboard is a special product based on pure cellulose taken from long-fibred coniferous wood. Polyimide film

Polyimide films provide excellent electrical, thermal, physical and chemical properties over a wide temperature range in a lightweight package (136 sq ft/lb [28 m2/kg] for 1 mil) making them superior for electrical insulation applications.
Polyimide film has the best thermal properties of films available.
—It has no melting point and can be used over a temperature range of -269°C to 350°C (-450°F to 660°F).
—It can be used constantly at a temperature of 240°C (465°F).

Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Sleeve

Acrylic coated fiberglass sleeve is E-glass fiber braided sleeving coated with a layer of acrylic resin.
It is a carefully engineered, high dielectric sleeving, having an initial average dielectric of 7 kV and a 1/32" wall outer layer of unsaturated glass, braided over and bonded to the acrylic sleeving.
It is a heat-treated, tightly braided fiberglass sleeving coated with a dielectric acrylic resin. This durable sleeving will withstand mechanical stress and holds it’s dielectric strength on all bends.
